Working with the IBYA team was such an amazing experience. We have witnessed them for years dream and succeed. They have an amazing eye for detail and design with a fun practical approach. Creating a space that is both beautiful, but can act as a multipurpose space. With so many breath taking structures and different finishes this was a challenging, but a dream project.

IBYA gave us the opportunity to work with modern and sleek finishes, that are adaptable for various staging and shot moments. This project required a lot of structural work to bring the project to life on a slopped block, but this is what makes every section of the dwelling have picture perfect views. This project included eco friendly finishes that will have limited ongoing maintenance. The black steel and white render provides a striking contrast. The custom timber and concrete elements create texture, but is softened by the beautiful styling and flowing curtains.

IBYA contains various entertaining spaces including outside dinning, an intimate lounge area, bar, pool with glass viewing window, an expansive deck, firepit and alfresco space.

IBYA is one of the most sought after shoot locations on the Northern Gold Coast.
